Born in Argentina and raised in Miami, I have always been drawn to healthcare—particularly the field of dentistry. Early in my journey, I discovered dental hygiene not just as a profession, but as a powerful form of preventive medicine. What inspired me most was the opportunity to educate and empower others, helping them understand the critical connection between oral health and overall well-being.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, primarily working alongside a prosthodontist, I have dedicated my career to caring for adult and older adult populations. This work has given me a deep appreciation for the complex oral health challenges associated with aging, as well as the importance of proactive, preventive, and personalized care.

During my bachelor’s studies, I became increasingly aware of a significant gap in oral health education and a widespread disconnect between oral health and systemic health. Despite growing research, oral health is still too often viewed in isolation from the rest of the body. This realization became a turning point in my career and shaped my professional mission.

Today, my mission is to raise awareness and promote prevention through education. Through teaching, consultation, and advocacy, I strive to empower individuals, caregivers, and professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to recognize the vital role oral health plays in overall health. By bridging the gap between education and prevention, I aim to make a meaningful impact and contribute to healthier, more informed communities.
