Refund Policy

All purchases and registrations for our training sessions, consulting services, and educational programs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services—which involve advance scheduling and resource preparation, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions.

We are happy to reschedule training dates when possible, provided we receive at least 72 hours' notice. For facilities booking group services, any changes must be communicated in writing and confirmed by our team.
